MATAR QEEMA
Recipe :
Beef mince 250 gm
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
1 tbsp cumin roasted and crushed
1tbsp coriander roasted and crushed
1/2 tsp haldi
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp red chilli flakes
Hubsalt 1tsp
Italia olive Oil 1 cup
Onion 2 medium chopped
4 tomatoes peeled and chopped
Peas 1/2 cup water as required
Method :
First marinate qeema with salt, ginger garlic paste, haldi, red chili pwd, red chili flakes, coriander roasted and crushed, cumin crushed.
Marinate for 1 hour.
Now in a pan add oil and chopped onion fry until light golden colour, now add chopped tomatoes and marinate mince and bhunify for 2 min now add peas and water and cook until peas get tender.
