- Masala Fried Fish with Stir Fry Vegetables And Boiled Rice
Whole Fish of your own choice half kg
Cumin seed powder, 2tb spoon
Red chilli powder 2tb spoon
Chat masala 1tb spoon
salt to taste
Juice Of Two lemons ( or you can take tamarind water but I prefer lemon juice)
Italia Olive Oìl For Shallow Fry.
Method. Make a thick paste of all spices using lemon juice and apply on fish and marinate for an hour. Heat oil well in frying pan and shallow fry the fish at medium heat( or else it would only be cooked form the top). Fry till the color turns to a beautiful brown. Stir fry vegetables of your own choice (i took onions spring onions Green chillies and capsicum). Serve hot with boiled rice and enjoy.
