  2. Hi Sanjeev, Its a wonderful recipe. I am planning to make it for a party at my home. You haven't used gelatin to set the moose .. which agent is working to bind the moose.. Also wanted to know what is a vegetarian substitute for gelatin

  6. it looks delicious, if i can´t find the fresh cream can i use whipping cream? i think in mexico we don´t have fresh cream. and can i use this mouse to fill a tart? thanks
