Malai Chicken Vegetable Handi:
Ingredients:
Boneless chicken 300 gm
Boiled peas 1 cup
Boiled potatoes ½ cup
Boiled carrot ¾ cup
Boiled cauliflower ¾ cup
Crushed ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Whole red chilies 4-5
Oil ½ cup
Green chilies ground 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Mace, nutmeg powder ½ tsp
Salt, chili, turmeric as required
Tomatoes chopped 2
Green chilies 2-3
Yogurt 2 tbsp
For Garnish:
Cashew powder 1 tsp
Cream 2 tbsp
Fenugreek ½ tsp
Method:
Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, green chili paste, salt and yogurt for 2 to 3 hour. Heat oil add crushed ginger garlic paste, whole red chilies, salt, turmeric and tomaotes cook well. Add chicken cook till done. When chicken is done add boiled peas, boiled carrot, boiled potatoes, cauliflower, mace nutmeg, fenugreek, cashew powder and cream simmer for 15 minutes. Garnish with green chilies

Masala Baisani Roti:
Ingredients for Dough:
Flour 1 cup
Gram flour 1 cup
Salt ¾ tsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Carom seeds 1 tsp
Clarified butter 1 tbsp
Ingredients for Filling:
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Cumin ¾ tsp
Salt 2 pinches
Clarified butter 2 tbsp
Green coriander chopped 1 tbsp
Clarified butter or oil for fry
Method:
For dough mix all ingredient in bowl and knead it well. Mix all ingredients of filling. Make pedas of dough roll them. Fill filling in pedas and fold again. Heat oil and fry them.

Moli Ka Lachha:
Ingredients:
Radish grated 2 cup
Radish leaves chopped 1 cup
Chopped coriander 1 tbsp
Chopped green chilies 2-3
Ingredients for dressing:
Mustard oil 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Salt as required
Sugar 1 tsp
Cumin roasted ¾ tsp
