Chiken bonless  1 kg

1 and half pack Olper’s  cream

2 table spoon galic past

1table spoon black papper

Salte to taste

Green chili past

Half table spoon white papper

Lemon juice 1 table spoon

2 table spoon butte

1 cupOil for  cooking

Some Coriender fine chopped   chilies and  and ginger   chopped

Method

 For Marination

Ek bartan ma  bonless chiken dal k us  ma lehsan lemon juice.salt. black and white papper.butter .green chili  or  1 pack Olper’s  cream  add kr k achy sy mix krian  or 1 hour k liy fridge ma marinate  krny k liy rakh dain.

 Phr nikal k ek pan ma oil medium flam py  gram krian is ma  marinate ki hoi botian add krian or  pakain  10 mint tk.  Phr s ma baqi ki  half cup cream dal kr  1 mint cook krian uper ginger. Chilies or Coriender add kr k  half mint l liy dam dian..agr koila available  ho to us ka dam dy lain

Serve with  chatani and naan
