Lahori Murgh Cholay:

Ingredients:
White chickpea boiled 2 cups
Chicken with bone 250 gm
Clarified butter ½ cup
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Onion sliced 1 cup
Salt as required
Black pepper 1 tsp
Garma masala powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Fresh coriander as required
Ginger julienne as required
METHOD
Pan men clarified butter dal ker garam Karen phir piyaz dal ker fry ker len ab lehsan or adrak ka paste dal ker bhoon len phir chicken dal ker fry Karen or thora sa pani dal ker chicken ko galnay den. Ab tamam masalay dal ker 1 se 2 minutes tak bhoon len. Ab pisay or sabit chanay dal ker low flame per paknay den. Jab chanay achi tarhan pak jaen to dhaniya or adrak dal ker serve Karen.

Laddu Paithiyan:
Ingredients:
Split Bengal gram 1 cup
Split Black gram 2 tbsp
Split Green gram 2 tbsp
Salt as required
Sweet soda ½ tsp
Radish crushed for garnish
For Khatti Chutney
Tamarind pulp ½ cup
Mint ¼ cup
Fresh coriander ¼ cup
Green chilies 2
Red chili crushed ½ tsp
Salt as required
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Water as required
For Meethi Chutney
Apricot pulp ½ cup
Tamarind pulp ½ cup
Sugar ¼ cup
Red chili crushed 1 pinch
Salt as required
METHOD
Teenon dalon ko bowl men dal ker 3 se 4 ghanton kay liye pani men bhigo den. Phir dalon ko achi tahran chan ker chopper men chopped ker len phir mixing bowl men dal ker sweet soda or salt dal ker mix ker len. Or karahi men oil dal ker dheemi aanch per fry ker len. Phir khatti or meethi chutney or mooli kay sath serve Karen.
KHATTI CHUTNEY

Tamam ajza ko blender men dal ker blend ker den.
MEETHI CHUTNEY
METHOD
Tamam ajza ko fryin pan men dal ker itna pakaen kay sugar melt hojae or chutney garhi hojae.

Qeemay Walay Naan:
Ingredients for DOUGH
Fine flour 1 cup
Salt as required
Egg half
Clarified butter 1 tbsp
Yeast 1 tsp
Sweet soda 1 pinch
Ingredients for Minced:
Chicken mince d 1 cup
Oil ¼ cup
Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt as required
Tomato chopped ½ cup
Turmeric ½ tsp
Cumin crushed 1 tsp
Whole coriander crushed 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp

METHOD
Fine flour or tamam ajza mixing bowl men dal ker aata goondh len. Phir atay ko 10 minutes ka rest deker pairay bana len. Jab aata phool jai to qeema fill ker kay bail len or ubgliyon ki madad se nishan laga ker 200c per 8 se 10 minutes tak bake ker len.
QEEMA
METHOD
Pan men oil dal ker lehsan or adrak ka paste bhoon len ab chicken ka qeema dal ker tamam masalon kay sath bhoon len ab tomato dal ker mix Karen or thora sa pani dal ker dum per chor den jab chicken gal jae to qeemay ko achi tarhan bhoon ker thanda ker len.
