Lahori karahi:


Chicken ½ kg
Boiled tomatoes 6
Onion 1
Ginger garlic 1 tsp
Dried fenugreek 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
Crushed red chili 2 tsp
Ginger (finely cut) 2 tbsp
Green coriander 4 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Water 1 cup
Butter 100 gm
Lemon juice 4 tbsp
Green chili 4

Wash chicken , then in a pan add chicken , water , onions, boil tomatoes , ginger garlic , salt , red chili crushed and oil now cook well till chicken tender , now cook till water dries , now add black pepper, ginger , green chilies, dried fenugreek and lemon juice .lastly temper with butter sprinkle coriander and green chilies and serve .

Rabri Payala:


Milk ½ liter
Cream 1packet
Sugar ½ cup
Almonds 25gm
Pistachios 25gm
Screw pine essence 1tsp
Corn flour 1tbsp
Cardamom ground ¼ tsp
Yellow color pinch
Ice as required
Rabri 1cup
Vermicilies 1cup
Red Drink ½ cup
Green drinks ½ cup

Cook milk , when it boils add sugar and add corn flour soaked in water to make milk thick , now add yellow color , screw pine essence , cardamom ground, cream, almonds and pistachios . now let it cool pour in bowl and refrigerate for 4 hours. Now in a bowl add vermicelli’s and ice then add rabri and prepared qulfi , lastly and drinks and serve.
