Kung Pao Chicken Wings:
Ingredients:
Chicken wings 8-10
White pepper ½ tsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Flour 1 tbsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil for fry
Ingredients for Kung Pao:
Crushed ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Chicken stock ½ cup
Sugar 1 tbsp
Chili sauce 1 tbsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Chopped onion 1
Green coriander 1 tbsp
Peanut roasted 2 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Method:
• Marinate chicken with all ingredient and leave for ½ hour.
• Heat oil, cook chicken wing till golden in color.
• For sauce, heat oil add crushed garlic and onion fry well.
• Add red chili flakes, vinegar, chicken stock, soy sauce, sugar and chili sauce cook till boil comes.
• Add corn flour cook till becomes thick.
• Add fry chicken wings, roasted peanut, and green coriander mix well.
• Remove and serve.
Mongolian Chicken:
Ingredients:
Chopped chicken 400 gm
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Chopped ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Chopped green onion ¾ cup
Oil for fry
Oil to taste
Flour 2 tbsp
Ingredients for Sauce:
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Soy sauce 4 tbsp
Brown sugar 2 tbsp
Chicken stock ¾ cup
Sesame oil 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Broccoli 1 cup
Boiled rice for serving
Method:
• Marinate chicken with salt, chopped ginger garlic, flour, corn flour and oil for ½ hour.
• Heat oil and fry well.
• For sauce, add all ingredients of chicken stock.
• Heat oil fry green onion and broccoli fry well.
• Add stock mixture cook till becomes thick.
• Add fried chicken mix well.
• Serve with steamed rice.
