KUNAFA

Ingredients :
Vermicelli 1 packet
Cream 150 grams
Butter 2 tbsp
Orange food colour 1 pinch
For sugar syrup :
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
Pistachios for garnishing
Bake 160 Centigrade for 10 to 15 mins.
After that on the grill For 5 min. Keep checking .
Recipe :
First blanch the vermicelli with warm water and drain the water. Mix it well with 2 tbsp of butter with a pinch of orange food colour and mix it well Now take a pan in which you are going to bake it. Greese it with oil. Apply layer of the half vermicelli in the pan ,then pour the thick cream and spread it well Now add a layer of remaining vermicelli and press. Spread it slightly. Bake it to 15 to 20 mins. And take it out in serving plate upside down. Now pour the sugar syrup on it and garnish it with nuts .
ENJOY!! (I skipped cheese, if you want to make your KUNAFA cheesy than add cheddar cheese over the cream.
