  2. You are such a love, Kerryann! It's so much fun watching you prepare things (even when I'm just rubbernecking without plans to cook) because your joy is kind of infectious. Thanks for this recipe, we made it tonight and liked it better than my old fishcake recipe which relied on too much flour to hold it together and at times could be a little gummy in the middle. We preferred your recipe for its flavor and texture because of the mashed potatoes and peas, and I'm sure it's better nutrition too. I do remember you as a spirited girl from the Ministry of Food, and it's great to see you making these videos and being so great with your kids.
