Kabab Karahi :
Ingredients for Kabab:
Chicken mince 1 cup
Ginger & garlic paste 1 tsp
Green chili pastes 1 tsp
Spring onion chopped 1 tbsp
Bread slice 1
Salt as required
White pepper 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
For Gravy:
Oil ½ cup
Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
Tomato puree 1 cup
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Salt as required
Black pepper crushed ½ tsp
Crushed cumin 1 tsp
Crushed coriander 1 tsp
Green chili julienne cut 3 – 4
Fresh coriander chopped for garnish
Ginger (julienne) for garnish
METHOD:
Mix all kabab ingredients in a bowl then pour in a chopper and chopped it. Then pierce in skewers and fry. Now for gravy heat oil in a wok then fry ginger garlic sauté. Then add tomato puree, yogurt and all spices then roast well then add the kabab and green chilies and cook 2 to 3 minutes. Finally add chopped green coriander and Ginger julienne cut and serve.

Uradh Gosht with Rice:
Ingredients:
Split Black Gram 1 cup
Beef with bone 1 cup
Oil 1/2 cup
Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
Onion slices 1 medium
Green chili big 2 – 3
Salt as required
Turmeric ½ tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Water as required
For Tarka :
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Red chili whole 5 to 6
Curry leaves 10 to 12
METHOD:
In a pot heat oil and onion fry light brown. then add ginger garlic paste fry .then all spices add and then fry and add some water then add beef with bones and cook till than tender .when meat tender then add Split Black Gram and mix then further cook when lentil tender then add oil add garlic chopped ,cumin ,whole red chili and curry leaves fry and do the tarka and serve with rice .

Apple & Hazelnut Fritters :
Ingredients:
Apple slices 1 cup
Egg 1
Corn flour ½ cup
Flour 1 tbsp
Icing sugar 1 tsp
Water as required
Cinnamon powder 1 pinch
Oil for frying
Nocolato hazelnut spread as required
METHOD:
In a bowl add egg, cornflour, cinnamon, flour, icing sugar and water add and make batter then in wok heat oil then apple slices dip in batter and fry. Finally pour the Nocolato hazelnut spread on the top and serve .
