Try this recipe for the next family get-together at your home and impress your guests with this exclusive mutton recipe.

JUNGLEE MUTTON

Ingredients

750 grams mutton on the bone, cut into 2 inch pieces
4 tbsps ghee
15-20 dried red chillies, de-stemmed
15-20 garlic cloves
Salt to taste
2½ tsps Tata Sampann Coriander Powder
Coriander sprigs for garnish
Lemon wedges for garnish

Method

1. Heat ghee in a deep pan,add dried red chillies, garlic cloves and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
2. Add mutton and sauté on high heat for 3-4 minutes. Add salt, Tata Sampann Coriander Powder and mix well.
3. Add 5-6 cups water, mix well and let it come to a boil. Cover and cook for 35-40 minutes or till the mutton is cooked completely.
4. Garnish with coriander sprigs, lemon wedges and serve hot.
