Holy crap, how much labor and time goes into this dish. I imagine you'd have to make some pretty big batches, especially for the peperonata. That's cool, but wonder how easy it is to reproduce in the restaurant

I don't know why but all his recipes on youtube are always bomb! I have tried over half of them, and most of them are a hit with my family. BUT every single time that i've visited Jamie's, I've always regretted it.. I repeat, never, i mean never should you walk into a Jamie's Kitchen just because its near you. You will always regret it.. Pastas, pizzas, desserts, EVEN the drinks were a shame… Tasted like cheap cordial. I don't have a single good memory in that restaurant.
