  1. I hope your restaurants continue to be successful because you seem like you put so much effort into what you do, but I think you should definitely consider serving kosher/halal meat and poultry at some locations too, if you don’t already. You would probably get more customers that way.

  2. I did go to Jamie's Italian once food was really poor I remember tasting the macaroni cheese they made my daughter and thinking this tastes like sogy cardboard blended with dirty dish water. Couple that with his contribution pushing the movement so we now have artificial sweeteners in everything and failing to pay his suppliers it's pretty hard to have any respect for him. Sell out with no integrity just like his sogy pasta

  3. I've watched a few of these Jamie's Italian recipe's now and I can't help but think how much I see The River Cafe's influence coming back through – well sourced quality ingredients, simply presented, letting the food speak for itself..

You are a national treasure….. along with Mary Berry….your work is to bring the best on our tables and enable everyone to eat well by cooking available ingredients from scratch.
