2. FEEDBACK after making and using this recipe
   1) Tarla ma'am's sour cream recipe is just so simple – made it yesterday, kept the prepared stuff overnight in fridge and today morning it turned out to be a very thick, very creamy and very smooth sour cream.
   
   2) Had seen 4 other methods on YouTube itself (3 -western, 1 more Indian) , but this recipe is , by far, the simplest !
   
   3) I recommend this recipe to all who want to make cheap sour cream at home rather than buying those exorbitantly priced, imported sour creams from supermarkets or online stores. (I added 25 ml lemon juice to 250 ml of 25% Amul Fresh cream – that's all you need to make sour cream – I was too naive to buy it twice earlier online at a very high price)
