Tamatar chops:
Ingredients :
Mutton chops ½ kg
Coriander 2bunches
Boil tomatoes 6
Red pepper crushed 1tbsp
Salt 1tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Red chili powder 1tsp
Whole spice ½ tsp
Ginger garlic 1tbsp
Coriander ground 1tsp
Green chilies 4
Oil ½ cup
Method:
In a pan add chops, salt turmeric and a glass of water bring it to boil, when it tenders switch the flame off , in another pan add ginger garlic , peeled and boiled tomatoes , now add spices , then add chops cook in oil on high flame , lastly sprinkle coriander and remove.
Palak chana sabzi :
Ingredients
Chickpeas boil ½ kg
Spinach 1bunch
Green chilies 10
Garlic 1tbsp
Red chilies round 10
Cumin 1tsp
Tomatoes 4
Turmeric 1tsp
All spice 1tsp
Oil as required
Salt as required
Method
Heat oil fry garlic , now add red chili round, cumin , turmeric , salt , green chilies and tomatoes and roast it , now cut the spinach and add , when water dries add boil chickpeas cook for 10 min , lastly sprinkle all spice and serve.
Nuggets Salad:
Ingredients
Nuggets 1packet
Cabbage 1cup
Carrot 1
Tomatoes 1
Black pepper ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Chili sauce 1tsp
Onion 1
Coriander ½ bunch
Lemon juice 1tbsp
Olive oil 1tbsp
Method
Fry nuggets and set aside, now cut the veggies finely , now in a bowl add veggies, nuggets , black pepper, salt , coriander , lemon juice, chili sauce and olive oil and mix and serve.
