Honey Sriracha Wings:
Ingredients:
Wings 1 packet
Oil for frying
For making sauce:
Oil 2 tbsp
Honey 2 tbsp
Sriracha sauce ½ cup
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Spring onion for garnishing
White sesame seeds for garnishing
Method:
Heat oil fry chicken wings till golden brown in color and crispy .for sauce heat oil and then sriracha sauce ,soy sauce ,lemon juice and honey mix and cook till then thick then add fried wings and toss and dish out .finally garnish with spring onion and white sesame seeds and serve .

Barbecue Chicken and Rice Platter:
Ingredients for Chicken:
Boneless chicken ½ kg
Tikka masala 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Yogurt ½ cup
White cumin 1 tsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Cream 2 tbsp
Coal to give smoke
Ingredients for Sauce:
Mayonnaise ¾ cup
Chili garlic sauce ½ cup
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Boiled eggs for garnish
Ingredients for Vegetables:
Cabbage finely chopped 1-1/2 cup
Boiled corn ¾ cup
Chopped capsicum 1
Green onion 1 cup
Oil 4 tbsp
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Crushed black pepper 1-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Chicken powder 1-1/2 tsp
Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
Ingredients for Rice:
Boiled rice 1 cup
Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
Oil ½ cup
Chicken stock 1-1/2 cup
Crushed black pepper 1-1/2 tsp
Method:
Mix all ingredients of chicken and left for 2 hour. Cook in hot oil and give a smoke of coal. Mix all ingredients of sauce. For rice heat oil add garlic fry well. Add chicken stock, rice and crushed black pepper. Keep on simmer. For vegetables, Heat oil fry garlic then add all vegetables cook well. Add soy sauce, vinegar, crushed black pepper, salt and chicken powder, cook. Remove in a dish then pour vegetables. Add chicken and sauce, garnish with boiled eggs, serve.
