Honey Roasted Liver
Ingredients:
Liver 1 kg
Capsicum cubes 1
Onion cubes 1
Carrot cubes 1
Tomato cubes 1
Honey 2 tbsp
Salt 1 pinch
Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
Green chili chopped 1
Mustard paste 2 tsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Crushed coriander ½ tsp
Roasted crushed coriander ½ tsp
Roasted crushed cumin ½ tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Method:
In a bowl liver and ginger garlic paste mix and leave to 5 to 10 minutes .now in a frying pan heat oil and cook the lever 5 to 8 minutes .then add spices add and cook 3 minutes .after this add all vegetables mix and cook on high flame for 2 minutes and serve with nan .

Green Chili Beef with Plane Rice :
Ingredients:
Under cut beef 300 grams
Green chilies 10
Vinegar ½ cup
Chili sauce 4 tbsp
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Ketchup ½ cup
Capsicums 1
White pepper ½ tsp
Black pepper 1 tbsp
Chopped garlic 1 tsp
Salt 1 pinch
Carrot 1
Oil 5 tbsp
Corn flour 1 tsp
Boil rice 1 cup
Method:
Ina a pan heat oil then cook garlic .now under cut beef ,white pepper ,black pepper ,salt ,carrot and corn flour add and cook for 5 to 6 minutes when water dry then green chili cut then add and cook for 2 minutes .after this all sauces mix well and cook .when sauce thick then add capsicums and stove off then serve with plain rice .

Injeer Aur Khajur Ka Milkshake:
Ingredients:
Soaked figs 1 cup
Dates 10
Sugar as required
Milk 250 grams
Vanilla ice cream 100 grams
Ice as required
Crushed almond 50 grams
Coconut milk powder as required
Method:
All ingredients blend in a blender .then pour in glass and garnish with coconut milk powder and serve .

Orange Halwa:
Ingredients:
Orange pulp 2
Orange slice as required
Cardamoms 2
Sugar 200 grams
Semolina 200 grams
Clarified butter 200 grams
Raisin ½ cup
Almond 100
Orange color 1 pinch
Colorful asharfiyan 1 cup
Coconut milk powder as required
Method:
In a pan add semolina and roast till color change then second pan orange pulp pour and cook for 10 minutes. after this all ingredients toast and then add orange color mix and cook for 5 minutes. then add colorful ashariyan and serve.
