Hara Dhaniya Matar Qeema:
Ingredients:
Beef minced ½ kg
Peas 2 cups
Fresh coriander 1 bunch
Onions 2
Ginger, garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt as required
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
All spices masala mix 1 tsp
Tomato (grind) 2
Pickle 2 tbsp
Green chilies 3
Oil ½ cup
Water 1 cup
Method:
In sauce pan oil ,onion ,mince ,ginger ,garlic paste ,salt ,red chili powder ,termeric powder ,whole spices powder and tomatoes add and cook .when well mix mince then add peas and tender then covered and cook till than peas tender .finally add fresh coriander , Pickleand green chilies add then dish out and serve .
Kabab Masala Fry:
Ingredients:
Seekh kabab 1 packet
Ingredients for Masala :
Oil ½ cup
Mustard seeds ½ tsp
Nigella seeds ½ tsp
Cumin ½ tsp
Chopped tomatoes (blanched) 4
Chopped onion 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Red chili 1 tbsp
Garam masala 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Chopped green chilies 3
Mint (chopped) 3 tbsp
Green coriander 3 tbsp
Method:
For making masala heat oil then add cumin ,mustard seeds and Nigella seeds then fry for 1 minutes .now add onion and further fry for 5 minutes .after this ginger ,garlic paste ,chopped tomatoes ,red chili ,salt and garam masala add and cook till than gravy thick .now add fried seekh kabab and mix .finally add mint ,coriander ,green chili and lemon juice mix and serve .
Khopray ka Meetha:
Ingredients:
Fresh Milk 1 cup
Dry Milk powder 2 cups
Small cardamom 6
Chopped pistachios 20
Chopped Almonds 10
Yellow food color as required
Screw pine few drops
Coconut flakes 1 ½ cup
Sugar 1 ½ cup
Sugar 1 tsp
