Gur Walay Chawal:
Ingredients:
Rice ½ kg
Jaggery 3 gm
Desiccated Coconut 1 packet
Raisins 100 gm
Clarified butter 1 cup
Hot milk as required
Method:
First wash the rice then cook it in ghee till they get soft. Now add jaggery, raisins and coconut and cook again. When jaggery melts down then add hot milk and serve.
Chicken Pasanday:
Ingredients:
Chicken Pasanday 1 kg
Yogurt 1 cup
Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
Desiccated Coconut 2 tsp
Cardamoms 4
Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
Onion Paste 1 cup
Red Chili Powder 2 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Bay Leaves 2
Green Chilies 4
Coriander Leaves ½ bunch
Finely Chopped Ginger 1 tbsp
Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
• In a pan, marinate pasanday with yogurt and ginger garlic, cover it and leave it half an hour.
• Now heat the oil and add onion fry.
• When they change the color, add cumin seeds, desiccated coconut, cardamom, red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, bay leaves and cook on high flame.
• Then add marinated chicken and fry for 10 minutes.
• Add water, green chilies, coriander leaves and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
• In the end, take it out in a dish.
• Add finely chopped ginger and serve.
Chicken Fries with Cheese:
Ingredients:
Chicken fries 1 packet
Capsicum chopped ½ cup
Oregano ½ tsp
Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
Cheddar cheese 1 cup
Method:
Fry the chicken fries and pour in the baking tray. Then add Capsicum (chopped), Oregano, Chili garlic sauce and cheddar cheese. Bake this for 5 minutes and serve.
