GRILLED CHICKEN WITH GARLIC CORN RICE:
INGREDIENTS FOR GRILLED CHICKEN :
Chicken Fillets 2
Black pepper ½ tsp
Dried Oregano 1tsp
Salt to taste
Worcestershire sauce 1tbs
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Oil 2/3 tbsp
For GARLIC CORN RICE
INGREDIENTS: –
Rice (boiled) 2 cup
Butter 3tbsp
Green onion 1tbsp
Garlic 2 tbsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Corn 4-5 tbsp
METHOD: –
1)Take chicken fillets, poke holes with fork & set aside.
2)In a bowl all the grilled chicken ingredients mix well.
3)Add chicken fillets, mix n marinate for 10-15min
4)Grease grill pan with oil, place marinated chicken fillets and cook/grill on low flame for 8-10’min each side. For GARLIC CORN RICE In a wok add butter and let it melt. Add garlic and mix well until it turns golden brown. Add corn & green onions. Now add pepper and salt mix well. Add boiled rice and give it a good then serve with grilled chicken.

Coconut Prawns curry :
Ingredients:
Prawns 1kg
Nigella sativa ¼ tsp
Onion Paste 150 gm
Garlic, ginger paste 3tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Oil 100 ml
Green chilies 4-5
Curry leaves 2-3
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1tbsp
Red chili powder 1tbsp
Paprika powder 1tbsp
Yogurt ½ cup
Coconut milk 100 ml
Coconut powder 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Chicken powder 1tsp
Kasoori fenugreek ½ tsp
Lemon juice 1tbsp
Water 1 cup
Method:
Heat the oil in a sauce pan and onion paste mix it until it turns light brown then ginger garlic paste mix it well until both onion n ginger garlic paste turns golden brown then add the all spices and roast then add yougurt ,coconut milk, powder and water let it boil .In the end add lemon juice and serve it .

Strawberry jam delights :
Ingredients: –
Strawberry jam 4tbsp
Water ¼ cup
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Whipping cream ¾ cup
METHOD
in a sauce pan add strawberry jam then water to make thick glaze. now add corn flour and mix. take whipping cream in a bowl whisk it well and now pours in glass 1 -1/2 tbsp of strawberry jam and whipping cream and serve it.

Bottle Gourd:
Ingredients: –
Water 1 cup
Bottle gourd 150 grams
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Crushed red chilli 1tsp
Salt to taste
Cumin ½ cup
pepper to taste
Garlic cloves 3
Water 2 tbsp
Method: –
boil water in a sauce pan add bottle gourd in it let it boil for 10-12 min. strain the water. Then add the all ingredients and blend it well.
