  2. Why no list for ingredients. No recipe Too mean to share better chefs are only too glad to Share I'm done with you and your demonstrations a d any programme you are on Have checked everywhere no luck it is nowhere to be found. This was waste of time

  3. I love these recipes, but so often I come across ingredients I just can't fking find in the US, especially where I live. Granted, there's the internet, but that can become cost-prohibitive…..Damnit Gordon….

  4. I have a doubt. The honeycomb actually reacts with the berry coulis and and makes the coulis turn green! A fungus-y green. It still tastes amazing but the colour is definite put off. Do you think that the soda in the honeycomb might be reacting with the tart berries ?

  5. Damn, what a jip, i make my own homemade yogurt which i than strain twice to get a very creamy thick yogurt, from that point i roast oats and granola which have raw honey drizzeld over the top of them, 1 cup yogurt, 1/3 cups oats granola, + 1/3 cup frozen berries with a little more honey drizzeled over the top of it all. Very savoury and very sweet, much more simpler and more delish than this ive tried both.

  6. 600ml Greek yoghurt

    100g blueberries

    100g raspberries

    Approx. 2 tsp caster sugar

Lavender essence, suitable for culinary use

Dried lavender flowers, suitable for culinary use

    For the honeycomb (makes 400g)

    75g clear honey

    140g liquid glucose

    400g sugar

    5 tbsp water

    2 tbsp baking powder

  7. problem is that they didnt tell you to what temperature to cook the sugar. you need to cook the sugar to 'hard crack' stage, that is 150ยฐcelcius or 320ยฐfahrenheit on a candy thermometer. then only you put in the bicarbonate of soda… hope that helps

  8. 5 tablespoons of honey
1 and 2 thirds of a cup of sugar
    9 tablespoons of glucose syrup
    5 tablespoons of water
    2 tablespoons of baking powder

  9. since so many people comment on syrups and the lot. a bit of lemon juice in the water and the sugar prevents the mixture from crystallising. 100% failproof method to all syrups and caramels is to boil the sugar with some lemon juice with the lid on and the proceed to caramellisation. 175 degrees celcius add bicarb of soda tartaric acid and a pinch of salt. much eaiser no need for honey of anything but plain old sugar.
