Looks like rancid dog sick
I just hardloled when he smashed the hooneycomb
Honey Comb? Hell, if he'd added raw peanuts at the beginning it'd be peanut brittle.
I didn't even know this was a thing. Exiting
Why no list for ingredients. No recipe Too mean to share better chefs are only too glad to Share I'm done with you and your demonstrations a d any programme you are on Have checked everywhere no luck it is nowhere to be found. This was waste of time
I love these recipes, but so often I come across ingredients I just can't fking find in the US, especially where I live. Granted, there's the internet, but that can become cost-prohibitive…..Damnit Gordon….
Sugar, Sugar, Sugar, Diabetes, DONE!
I have a doubt. The honeycomb actually reacts with the berry coulis and and makes the coulis turn green! A fungus-y green. It still tastes amazing but the colour is definite put off. Do you think that the soda in the honeycomb might be reacting with the tart berries ?
GORDAN stop making it look so fcking easy!
omg!! pls slowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww
YUMMYYYYYYYYYY ๐
Ok, now where do I get the recipe for everything on the video?
That's it. Perfect honeycomb
Gordan is merely a ย disciple..Paul Bocuse is God….
Gordon Smash!!!!
Typo. The 2 tsp of sugar is for the mixed berry couli.
uve mentioned sugar twice….. once u said 2tsp and again u said 400g so which is to be followed or is it typo?????
that was the weakest comment ive ever recieved on a Ramsay video. You're a disgraceyou mettling lard! Done.
done
I wonder what Ramsay said after he got his first date in bed?
Oh hello this is my friend DIABETES nice to meet you. ๐
Damn, what a jip, i make my own homemade yogurt which i than strain twice to get a very creamy thick yogurt, from that point i roast oats and granola which have raw honey drizzeld over the top of them, 1 cup yogurt, 1/3 cups oats granola, + 1/3 cup frozen berries with a little more honey drizzeled over the top of it all. Very savoury and very sweet, much more simpler and more delish than this ive tried both.
He's as destructive as Hulk. ๐
600ml Greek yoghurt
100g blueberries
100g raspberries
Approx. 2 tsp caster sugar
Lavender essence, suitable for culinary use
Dried lavender flowers, suitable for culinary use
For the honeycomb (makes 400g)
75g clear honey
140g liquid glucose
400g sugar
5 tbsp water
2 tbsp baking powder
Made this last summer. Died and went to delicious dessert heaven.
problem is that they didnt tell you to what temperature to cook the sugar. you need to cook the sugar to 'hard crack' stage, that is 150ยฐcelcius or 320ยฐfahrenheit on a candy thermometer. then only you put in the bicarbonate of soda… hope that helps
how long you leave the eruption in the fridge??
way too little coulis in my opinion .. but looks delicious anyway !
my attempt at honeycomb has failed, did it from, another recipe and its kinda gooey not firm and crusty idk :/
OH MY FUCK THIS IS FUKCING OMG
DONE!
HONEYCOMB BIG? YEAH, YEAH, YEAH!
NOT TOO SMALL? NO, NO, NO!
Wow I'll bet that is Sweet .. :/
I was thinking that too. He should have layered it to give more of the coolie.
good recipe, up until the lavender…
now the dish smells like old people homes
bit stingy on the coolie for my taste but looks delicious nonetheless!
HONEYCOMB SMASH!
5 tablespoons of honey
1 and 2 thirds of a cup of sugar
9 tablespoons of glucose syrup
5 tablespoons of water
2 tablespoons of baking powder
since so many people comment on syrups and the lot. a bit of lemon juice in the water and the sugar prevents the mixture from crystallising. 100% failproof method to all syrups and caramels is to boil the sugar with some lemon juice with the lid on and the proceed to caramellisation. 175 degrees celcius add bicarb of soda tartaric acid and a pinch of salt. much eaiser no need for honey of anything but plain old sugar.
It's called ๋ฝ๊ธฐ (bbopki) and is made in the same way except you only need sugar and baking soda!
