This is a really good idea. People could get a “taste” of the real life, and possibly get inspired to get a real job, or not do criminal stuff. Food brings everyone together
This is their chance to learn from the best chef in the world. They seem like an ok bunch.
They did an amazing job, but my parents run a family catering company and feed 400-1,200 people every weekend. It consists of my mom, my dad, myself, and sometimes my brother. We make the food on Saturday morning around 6am and finish around 4pm and ready to serve at 5 at the venue. I believe they should be able to feed lots more of people, but great start and hope for the best for these people!
