  1. At the very beginning when he's cooking the sweet pepper [Here in the states we call them Red Bell Peppers] & the Red Onions. What vinegar was he using? It looked brown & gave the the vegetables a nice glaze. Was it Worcestershire Sauce [I most likely & totally mispelled that. If I close the Youtube App to check spelling then I lose all my text in my question-I don't have spell check enabled due to Google security AI tacking & knowing everyones information – the cloud – lol]
Thank you Mr. Gordon Ramsey for your video. You are one of the great cooks I watch along with many others. I have to cook on an electric stove, which I am not use to. I always cooked on gas stoves but after moving I'm forced to cook on an electric stove. I hate cooking on an electric stove because of truly not being able to regulate the heat while cooking. How many minutes would it be on an electric stove ler side with a 1 inch or 2 inch Pork Chop? I use to cook but being disabled with 6 herniated Discs & 5 Protrusions leave me in a lot of pain & several times my back went out just standing or getting up from sitting too long 10-15 mins. I use to cook Pork Chops in a frying pan using butter, fresh Garlic, Carraway Seeds [Polish Style] & Onions. I wouldn't cook the Pork Chops all the way through. Basically searing them to a nice light/dark brown. Then I would get a roaster. I would then place sourkraut in the bottom of the roaster after straining & rinsing the sourkaut in a strainer. [Sour not Bavarian that is sweat] I would take & cut the fat like Ramsey did cutting the Center Cut Pork Chops. I would place the Pork Chops on top if the Sourkraut. I would cintinuevto cook the onions, garlic & seasoning with Carraway Seeds. I would make approx. 2-2.5 cups of brown gravy from all the seasoning. [BTW – I would use a large Cast Iron Pan]. I then would make teaspoon size Dumplings & place them all on top of the Pork Chops & Sourkraut. I would then take the gravy I made & pour it on top of the Pork Chops, Dumplings, & Sourkraut. Then I would place the lid on the roaster pan. Place in oven on 375 F. degrees in oven for aprox. 1.5 Hrs. Take out & WALLA! Center Cut Lork Chops, Dumpligs & Sourkraut. People who I know call me the "Soup"erman or the Gravy Master. I love making soup & learned how to from my Father & Mother. My Mother taught me how to cook & my Father cooked soup a lot. I learned how to make Oxtail Soup & Chicken Soup from them both. I learned how to make tortallini Soup from an Asian man while being a delivery man for an Italian Restaurant. Everyone has a style & I always need to learn to expand my techniques of cooking & learn. There will always be people hungry in the world. I hope one day I'll be able to serve the homeless people by cooking soup & bread or during the summer sandwiches & soup. I'm not financially stable due to my spinal disease which has rendered me to a point of chronic pain every day. My wifes retired from being a CNA in the medical field & after 40 yrs has $460 per month on top of my disability. We try to survive monthly financially. Due to the opiod addictions my pain medications has been lowered & so has my muscle relaxers. because of that I deal with a lot of pain daily. It's difficult but I know there is always someone out there worse than me. Peace, Grace & Mercy to all & God Bless.

  2. serious question, when handling chicken do you need to go wash your hands right away or is just wiping on a towel fine. i never see chefs washing their hands and always wondered how dangerous it is or cross contamination

  3. what I love about Gordon is he shares everything he learned a lot of chefs keep their secrets but he teaches I love it i have cooked almost everything Gordon has shown I want to personally thank you bc of you my wife loves me more

  4. Gordon ramsay: I'm gonna show you how to sharpen your knife. Look carefully, do NOT hold the hand above the guard like this
Camera man: Your face looks really pretty today

  5. Okay I haven't watched to the end, but I'd love some details on what this frying pan actually is. If it's nonstick, my understanding was that high heat was bad. Yet it doesn't look like stainless or carbon steel or cast iron.

  6. Anyone know what knives he is using? I need better ones but, I am nowhere near being a good cook so I have no idea what a good knife is. Figured getting what he got can't go wrong
