Gennaro your video's rock! Keep them coming.
I do the same thing exactly, but using gram wheat and single cream instead of eggs, occasionally, but with adding a hint of cumin to the mix. The taste is beautiful.

his accent is throwing me for a loop
Ahhhhh. The italian open faced omelet, is delicious, and really so simple to make, a very good high protein meal that satisfies.
LOOK A DAAAT !!!
I've just cooked this for dinner, it tastes soo good! And soo simple to make! Grazie Maestro!
I made this! Did not use parmesan though, it was absolutely delicious. Thank you Gennaro! 🙂 The Italian grandpa I never had haha.
this is the right way with the chunky veg really not making the dish too eggy.
Definition of frittata: kind of like omelet, but made with passion and love
What a legend ❤
What was the third vegetable he used….it looked like a dense pale green squash but I could not get the name of it? TY
