Gajar Ka Zarda:

Ingredients:
Rice (boiled) ½ kg
Carrots 3 (medium)
Sugar ½ kg
Milk ½ kg
Whole dried milk ½ kg
Pistachios ½ kg
Coconut (grated) as required
Oil ½ kg

Method:
In a frying pan add grated carrots and cook on a medium heat until the water dries. Then add rice, carrots and sugar. Divide into 2 sections. Now add oil in a pan place one layer of rice, carrots and sugar. Then add milk and repeat the process. Cook on a medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Now cover and cook for 10-12 minutes. Remove. Then add whole dried milk, pistachios and grated coconut. Cook for another 5 minutes. Serve hot.

Beef And Pasta:

Ingredients:
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Beef 500 gm
Carrots 2
Onion 1
Garlic 2 cloves
Rosemary 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Chicken stock 2 cups
Pasta (boiled) 2 cups
Bay leaf 1
Tomatoes 2
Sweet potatoes 300 gm

Method:
In a sauce pan on medium flame heat oil add salt, garam masala, turmeric, rosemary and red chili powder. Stir for 2-3 minutes and place it on a plate. Then heat the remaining oil add carrots and onion. Cook until it gets soft. Now add garlic and beef. Then add chicken stock, boiled pasta and bay leaf. Cook on low flame. Now add tomatoes and sweet potatoes. Cook for another 30 minutes. Serve hot.

Gawar Ki Phali Gosht:

Ingredients:
Beef ½ kg
Guar beans 200 gm
Salt to taste
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Onions 2
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Garam masala powder ½ tsp
Green chilies 4
Fresh coriander 2 tbsp
Oil ½ cup

Method:
In a wok heat oil add onions and fry until golden brown. Then add beef and ginger garlic paste. Once beef changes its color add red chili powder, salt and turmeric along with ½ cup water. Cook on a low heat until the beef gets tender. Once the water dries cook properly. Then add guar beans and cook well on a low heat. Now add garam masala, green chilies and fresh coriander. Mix well. Remove and serve hot.
