Fish 1/2kg fillet
Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Roasted and crushed zeera 1tsp
Black pepper 1/2tsp
Chilli sauce 1tbsp
Crushed red chilli flakes 1/2tsp
Lemon juice 2tbsp
Salt according to the taste
Italia olive oil 1 cup
Method. Marinate fish with the above mentioned ingredients for 2 hours
Flour Maida 1cup mix with little salt and red chili flakes.
Eggs 2 to 3
Now take fish fillet one by one first in Maida then dip in egg .Repeat this procedure and in the end roll in crumbs.when it’s done put all the pieces in fridge for 10 mins ,then take out and deep fry.
Serve with French fries and ketchup.
