  1. About the nutrients: after steaming these fruits for 15 minutes, most nutrients will be intact, but Vitamin C is most likely all gone. You should add the lemon juice after steaming : )

  2. I'm gone a make it today! You see my daugther ( 3,5 years old ) doesn't like pulms which we have bio in our backyard. 

  3. Really good idea, and passionate, clear cut no-nonsense presentation. I find too many on the Foodtube network try to emulate Jamie's mannerisms, and presentation style which is just frustrating to watch (unless its Jamie!). Really liked this thank you.
