Garlic lemon shrimps:

Ingredients

Butter 4 ounce
Prawns tail removed ½ kg
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Chopped parsley 1 tbsp
Lemon juice ¼ cup
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Soya sauce 1tbsp
Chili sauce 1tbsp

Method

Melt butter in a pan over medium heat, marinate prawns with salt, pepper, add to the butter, cook until butter starts to turn brown, turn the shrimps , add the garlic and crushed red pepper, cook for another 15 seconds, add corn flour, parsley, lemon juice, ½ cup water, soya sauce & chili sauce & cook for another 2 mins, remove from heat, serve with rice. Enjoy!

Cheesy mushroom burger:

Ingredients

Boneless chicken breasts 2 flattened
Flour for coating
Eggs 2
Bread crumbs for coating
Jalapeno pepper chopped 1 tbsp
Mushroom chopped 4
Mozzarella cheese 4 tbsp
Cheddar cheese 4 tbsp
Crushed red pepper ½ tsp
Sambal oleak 1 tbsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Oil for frying
Sweet chili sauce 2tbsp
Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Cream ½ cup
Milk ¼ cup

Method

flatten chicken breast, add salt and pepper, in a bowl mix together chopped mushroom, jalapeno, mozzarella cheddar cheese, crushed red pepper, salt and black pepper, mix well, make a cut in chicken fillet, fill with prepared filling, coat the chicken fillet in flour, then beaten egg, then bread crumbs, repeat, keep aside. In a bowl mix together ingredients for dressing, mayonnaise, crushed red per, lemon juice, salt, heat frying pan, add butter 1 ounce, chopped garlic, sliced mushrooms, cream and milk, let it simmer to 2-3 mins, add salt and crushed pepper, remove from fire when sauce thick, add the fried chicken in this sauce, toss well and remove, fry the chicken fillet in oil until golden, remove

Ingredients to assemble burger

Burger buns 2
French fries 1 cup
Coleslaw salad 1 cup
Salad leaves 2
Mustard paste 1 tbsp
Sweet chili sauce 1tbsp
Method

Heat burger buns, spread with prepared sauce of mayonnaise, then mustard paste, then spread the chicken fillet coated with sauce, top with salad leaf, cover with sauce and bun, serve with fries and coleslaw.

Jalfarezi layered pasta:

Ingredients

Tikka boti 1packet
Oil ¼ cup
Pasta boiled 2 ½ cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Soya sauce 3 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Sweet chili sauce 1tbsp
Green chilies cut in thin strips 6
Salt 1 tsp
Capsicum cut into cubes 1
Onion cut into cubes 1
Tomatoes cut into cubes 1
Cabbage 1 cut into cubes
Ginger julienne 1 tbsp
Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
Mustard powder ½ tsp
Method

Heat oil fry ginger garlic paste, ginger julienne for 2 mins, add tikka boti, cook for 2 mins, add green chilies, all the sauces, spices, add in your veggies, fold in your pasta, mix well, garnish with chopped spring onion leaves, serve immediately.
