Flavored Yogurt Milk:
Ingredients:
Yogurt 1 cup
Strawberries paste ½ cup
Milk 1 glass
Sugar 2 tbsp
Red food color 1 pinch
Finely cut almond 1 tbsp
Ice as required
Method:
In yogurt strawberries paste and red food color add and mix .now in a blender add milk ,sugar and ice then blend it .after this in jug add flavored yogurt mix then pour in glass and garnish with finely garnish with almonds and serve .

Coconut Milk Biryani :
Ingredients:
Rice ½ kg
Chicken 750 grams
Coconut milk 1 tin
Yogurt 250 grams
Green chilies 6
Curry leaves 6
Turmeric 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt 2 tsp
Nutmeg, mace 1 tsp
Tomatoes 375 grams
Mint 1 bunch
Coriander 1 bunch
Red chili powder 2 tsp
All spices powder 2 tsp
Oil 1 cup
Method:
In chicken yogurt add curry leaves and all spices mix and leave for 1 hour. After this add 2 cup water add and boil then add marinated chicken and cover it for ½ an hour after this chicken and masala remove and water leave then add rice and as required water then leave on dum .then in the second pot heat oil and chicken roast .now add coriander ,mint and green chilies .after this remove in that then add chicken masala and serve .

Macaroni Chaat:
Ingredients:
Boiled macaroni 1 cup
Tomatoes 2
Onion 1
Salt to taste
Chili sauce 2 tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Green coriander few
Boiled potatoes cubes 1 cup
Boiled chickpeas 1 cup
Method:
Boil the macaroni and strain it.now onion and tomatoes chopped .after this in a bowl and add boil potatoes cubes ,boil chickpeas ,macaroni ,onion, potatoes and salt mix .then chili sauce and chat masala mix well .finally add green coriander and serve .
