Fish Pops:
Ingredients
Boneless Fish ½ kg
Potatoes (boiled) 2
Egg 1
Bread Crumbs 1 cup
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp
Green Chilies 2
Spring Onions 2
Corn Flour 1 cup
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Cheddar Cheese ½ cup
Ice Cream Sticks 6
Salt ½ tsp
Method
Mariniate fish with all the ingredients now fix them in sticks and dip in eggs then coat in crumbs and fry .
Coconut curry patta rice:
Ingredients
Boil rice ½ kg
Curry leaves 10
Coconut ½ cup
Onion 1
Salt ½ tsp
Peanuts 1cup
Green chilies 4
Red chili powder 1tsp
Red chili crushed 1tsp
Coriander ½ bunch
Mustard seeds 1tsp
Ginger garlic 2tsp
Oil 5tbsp
Method
Heat oil fry onions till brown , now add peanuts , mustard , red chili , black pepper , ginger garlic , turmeric , salt , green chilies, curry leaves and coconut now roast well. Now add boil rice and simmer for 5 min , lastly sprinkle coriander and serve.
