    I am sure that there are people who love your complicated, involved cooking demo's. As for us simpletons… your videos could use a little more of the "KISS" factor. At least you don't tell people your recipes are sooooooooooo easy. Your cooking looks scrummy.
    I hope you are not sharing difficult recipes to make yourself look "smart".
    I was a special ed teacher for a long time. I know what it means to people to have success. I get a little wound when children and adults are set up to fail. I am sure you mean well.

Every time I watch your videos I want to run to the store for ingredients, bake, and get tattoos all over my arms even though that's not my style! lol!

    150g ground biscuit
    50melted butter
    2tbsp golden syrup

    125 self-raising flour
    125sugar
    1/4 baking soda
    Zest of lemon
    125 butter
    Two eggs
    1.5tbsp milk tea

  6. I made them but I have a question. It was the very first time I made buttercream and I can taste powdered sugar in it still, like sand. What have I done wrong?
