In the UK he only gets angry for legitimate reasons. In US, it's just for show.
Ramsay probably ate them before they started filming, that's my guess =/
American TV demands that he shouts and screams at a camera for 45 mins….. I much prefer his UK shows in which he only shouts and screams for 15 mins :p
I think this is a UK version. Many countries have their own Dragon's Den.
