7. Kachalu is different from shkarkand. It is like arbi but in round shape and take more time than arbi when we boil them. And we prepare chaat after boiling them.

26. The chef is not properly trained. It's always better to first semi cook potatos n katchalus by boiling in water. Sadly he missed the most important ingredient of every chat ' the green corriander chutney' 😢
