Ingredients:
5 Cups Water
1/2 tsp carom seeds
1/2 tsp fennel seeds
1/2 tsp green tea leaves
1 small piece of cinnamon
1 small piece of ginger
Method:
Boil water till it simmers. Add carom seeds, fennel seeds, green tea leaves,cinnamon and ginger. Turn the flame off cover it for 5 mins. Let it cool then save and keep it in a thermos.
