Diabetic Fresh Apple Cake
- Sweetener 2 cup
- Egg 3
- Self rising flour 3 cup
- Orange Juice 1/4 cup
- Vegetable oil 1, 1/2 cup
- Cinnamon 1 tbsp
- Vanilla essence 1 tbsp
- Walnuts 1 cup (chopped)
- Dried coconut 1 cup
- Apple 3 cup (finely chopped)
- Icing sugar a little
- Olpers Cream 1/2 tbs
Pre heat the oven on 235 degree and grease a tube pan.
Beat sweetener, eggs, self raising flour, orange juice, oil, cinnamon and vanilla essence in a bowl.
When mixture is fluffy, then add walnuts, coconut and finely chopped apple. Fold them in the cake batter.
Now add the cake batter in greased pan and bake for 90 minutes.
Finally sprinkle icing sugar on cake.
Delicious diabetic apple cake is ready to serve.
