Dhaga Kabab Ingredients:
Beef Mince 1/2 Kg
National Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
National Cumin Powder 1 tbsp
National Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
Green Cardamom Powder 1 tsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Small Onion 1 (Crushed)
Kachri Powder 1 tsp
Ginger 2 inch
Garlic Cloves 6
National Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
National Salt 1 tsp
Nutmeg Powder 1/2 tsp
Mace Powder 1/2 tsp
Thread
Green Coriander 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Green Chilli 2
Charcoal 1
Special Chutney Ingredients:
Tamarind Pulp 1 Cup
Mint 1/2 Bunch
Button Red Chilli 5 (Roasted)
Cumin 1 tsp (Roasted)
Garlic Cloves 2
National Salt 1/2 tsp
Direction Dhaga Kabab:
Step 1: Take a chopper and add Beef Mince, Black Pepper Powder, Cumin Powder, National Garam Masala Powder, Green Cardamom Powder, Butter, Small Onion, Kachri Powder, Ginger, Garlic Cloves, National Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Nutmeg and Powder, Green Coriander, Green Chilli and chopped it well.
Step 2: Now spread water on hand and take some mince and make a ball and put into kabab stick and make kabab shape and then wrapping the thread on it and then pull it and place on a dish. Make all kabab with this method.
Step 3: Now your all Dhaga kabab is ready for steam/cook. Now take a pan and place all kababs and cover with lid and cook it for 15 minutes on medium to low flame. After that remove cover and turn the all kabab and then again cover with lid and cook again for 15 minutes on medium to low flame. After that your kabab is Ready. Now dish out it and serve with amazing chutney and enjoy it.
Special Chutney Direction:
Take a blender jar and add Mint, Button Red Chilli, Cumin, Garlic Cloves, Tamarind Pulp and blend it well and then add salt and mix it. Your Chutney is Ready.
