Degi Pulao :
Ingredients:
Beef 500 gm
Sela rice 1 kg
Onion (medium) 3
Tomato (medium) 4
Garlic paste 2 tbsp
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Oil/ clarified butter 1 ¼ cup
Swad Degi Pulao Masala 1 packet
Method:
Clean the rice and soak in a bowl for about 45 minutes. Then heat oil/ clarified butter and sauté onion. Then add ginger garlic and tomato. Cook well for about 5 minutes. Now add swaad degi pulao masala and cook for 1 minute. Then add 3 glasses or as required water in the beef and cook on a medium heat. Once the beef is tender, place a cloth onto a dish’s cover and cook on a low heat for about 15 minutes. In the end before serving mix rice and beef well.
Chicken Steak with Mushroom Sauce:
Ingredients:
Chicken stock 2 cup
Chicken legs boneless 4 pieces
Cheddar cheese (sliced) 4 pieces
Salt 2 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tbsp
Butter 6 tbsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Cream 1 packet
Flour 2 tbsp
Mushrooms (sliced) 1 tin
Carrot 2
Zucchini 1
Beans 2 cup
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
Onion (chopped) 1 (small)
Milk 2 cup
Mustard paste 1 tbsp
Method:
Marinate chicken legs with 1 tsp black pepper and mustard paste for about 1 hour. Then in a pan add 3 tbsp butter and fry onion and garlic. Then add flour and fry for few minutes. Now add mushroom and cook well for few minutes. Then add chicken stock, milk, cream and 1 tsp salt. Mix well and cook for about 10 minutes until it boils. Set aside. Then in a pan add butter, the remaining vegetables, 1 tsp salt and black pepper. Cover and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes. Now remove the cover and cook on high for about 5 more minutes. Set aside. Then heat oil in a pan, cook and cover the chicken on high heat for about 10 minutes. Then turn low to heat and cook for another 5 minutes. Place the cheese slice on top. Now place the steak on the serving dish and serve with mushroom, sauce and vegetables.
Tikka Sandwich:
Ingredients
Chicken boti 1 packet
Burger buns 2
Iceberg lettuce (finely sliced) ½ cup
Cabbage ½ cup
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Mustard as required
Ketchup as required
Fries as required
Method
Fry tikka boti and cut bun in half and spread with butter and mayonnaise, top with fried chicken fillet then salad mixed with mayonnaise, mustard and ketchup, top with buns, serve with fries.
