Ingredients:

Boneless Chicken 1 Cup (Cubes)
Cucumber 1 (Chopped)
Cabbage 1/2 (Chopped)
Pineapple 1 Cup (Chopped)
Tomato 1 (Chopped)
Vinegar 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1/4 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Olpers Dairy Cream 1 Packet (200ml)
Mayonnaise 1/4 Cup
Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp

Direction:

Step 1: Take a bowl and add Boneless Chicken, Salt 1/2 tsp, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Vinegar and mix it well and rest it for 5 minutes and then take a pan and add this chicken and stir it and cook it for 10 minutes on medium flame with stir. After that your chicken is ready.

Step 2: Now take a bowl and add Olpers dairy cream and add Mayonnaise, Salt 1/4 tsp, Black Pepper Powder and mix it well and then add chicken from step 1 and then add Cucumber, Cabbage, Pineapple, Tomato and mix it well. Now your Olpers Creamy Chicken Salad is Ready.
