Bonless chiken 1 kg

4 medium  size onions 

5 to 6 green chilies cut in smal size

4 to 5 table spoon butter

1 pack Olper’s  cream

Half cup milk  

Oil 2 table spoon

Garlic paste 2table  spoon

White  paper half tea spoon

Black paper half table spoon

Salt to taste

 

Method…

Cut a chiken bonless  in  small pecies  and on ur choice

 In  fry pain or karahi  on medium  flame  add oil and butter  melted and add garlic past and mixed  with spectula  fry for 1 mint  add  a chiken in it and cook for 5 minutes then add salt and green chile’s   and coverd   cook   for 5 minutes  then add  black  paper . White paper  in it and cook for 1 minutes  then add  half cup milk and cooked   then add cream  in it and 1 table spoon butter   mixed cook for 1 minutes and turn off flame.  On top sprinks some  coriander  and black  paper …
