- Spinach 250 gm
- Garlic 2 cloves (crushed and chopped fine)
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Oil 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Olper Cream 200 ml
Heat butter and oil in a pan.
Add the garlic and saute till fragrant.
Then add the spinach and cook till the spinach wilts.
Then add the salt, pepper and pinch of nutmeg.
Reduce heat and stir in the cream and cook for a further 1 minute on low heat.
Sprinkle with fresh pepper and serve.
