Cream of Almond Soup Recipe in Urdu
- Flour 3 tbsp
- Butter 3 tbsp
- Milk 2 cups
- Olpers Cream 2 tbsp
- Almond paste 25 gm
- Almonds, blanched a few
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over heat, add the flour and roast it.
- Lower heat and pour in the milk, stirring continuously till it thickens.
- Now add the almond paste, mix well and boil for five more minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with the almonds and Olpers cream.
