- Orange rind 1 orange
- Ground cinnamon 1 pinch
- Caster sugar 3 tbsp
- Water 120ml
- Dark chocolate 150g
- Olpers cream 3 tbsp
- Fresh fruit 350g
Boil orange rind, cinnamon, sugar and water until sugar dissolve. Cook more 3-5 minutes until get a syrupy form. Allow to cool.
Remove orange rind and reheat syrup.
Remove from heat, stir in chocolate until combine nicely then add 2 tbsp cream and mix again. Reheat if necessary.
Set fruit in a plate with bamboo skewers or salad fork. Transfer the fondue sauce to a fondue pot or set mixing bowl with a little flame underneath like a small lit candle.
Decorate with remaining cream and serve immediately.
