Chicken chinez vigitable rice
Cerrot 2 kadu kash
Muter 1 pilali
Band gobi 2 piali kadu kash
Shimla mirch 2 cati huey
Black paper one tbsl
Chiken resha one piali
Rice 1/2 kg
Oil 14 cup
Vinagar 5 tbsp
Soya sauce 5 tbsp
Salt one tsp chenis salt one tbsp
Method
Chicken ko boil krin 4 tbsp yakni rah jaey to chicken nikal kr resha kr len or yakhi mainphly mutor jub yakhni ka pani dry hony lagy to cerrot shimla mirch band gobi salt cheines salt add kr k vagitables ka pani dry kr k il dal kr vagitables ko fry kr len rice ko salt waly pani main boil kr k jub aik kani rah jaey to chan kr aik bary pot main pehla den rice k oper fry vagitales phela dain or chicken tesha bhi or vinagar & soya sauce bhi add kr k mix kr k 1/2 mint thora tez phir silow flam pr 10 mint k liey dum pr rakh den
Ingredients
Chicken boneless (cubed) 1 kg
Chicken stock 1/2 cup
Capsicum (cubed) 1
Onion (cubed) 1
Vinegar 4 tbsp
Soya sauce 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Mustard paste 1, 1/2 tbsp
Black pepper and white pepper 1 tsp
Crushed red chili to taste
Crushed garlic 1 tsp
Tomato puree 1/2 cup
Chili garlic sauce 1/2 cup
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Oil as required
Instructions
Combine chicken, vinegar, 2 tbsp soya sauce, mustard paste, black pepper, white pepper, red chili, salt 1, 1/2 tsp amd 2 tbsp leave to marinate.
In a pan pour the whole marinated chicken and cook.
In another pan heat some oil and add cloves and crushed garlic, saute’.
Add in tomato puree, chili garlic sauce, 1 tsp crushed red chili, 2 tbsp soya sauce, and tomato ketchup.
Add chicken stock and cook for 10 min. Fry the onion and capsicum in a little oil.
Mix the vegetables, sauce and the chicken and cook for a minute or two. Serve with chainez rice.
