Chicken Tikka Fried Rice:
Ingredients:
Chicken boneless ½ kg
Salt 1-1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Yogurt ½ cup
Red chilies 1-1/2 tsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Wooden stick as required
Ingredients for Rice:
Chopped onion 1
Crushed garlic 1 tsp
Green chilies 2-3
Boiled peas ¾ cup
Soya sauce 1 tsp
Chopped green onion 2
Chopped green coriander 4 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Chopped carrot ½ cup
Boiled rice 2-1/2 cup
Oil ½ cup
Marinate chicken with all ingredients. Pierce chicken with wooden sticks. Heat on grill pan. for rice heat oil add chopped onion, ginger and green chilies fry well. Add chicken pieces, boiled peas and carrot mix well. Add boiled rice mix well. Also add soya sauce, lemon juice, chopped green chilies and chopped green coriander mix well. Remove from dish and serve with chicken stick.
Zafrani Khoya Kheer:
Ingredients:
Milk 1-1/2 liter
Boiled rice 1 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Whole dried milk 1 cup
Saffron 2 pinch
Almonds, pistachios as required
Sterling silver leaf as required
Method
Add boiled rice in milk and cook until they got mix well. Now add sugar, saffron and whole dried milk and cook until it gets thick. Then take out prepared kheer in sand pots and garnish with almonds, pistachios and sterling silver leaf.
