Chicken Terrine:
INGRIDIENT:
Chicken breast fillet 2
Chicken mince 250 gram
Carrot chopped 50 gram
Capsicum chopped 50 gram
Sweet corn chopped 50 gram
Black olives chopped 50 gram
Coriander 10gram
Bread crumb 4 tbsp
Egg 1
Salt as required
White pepper 1 tsp

METHOD:

Cut the chicken breast in the shape of butterfly and hammer it
Make a mixture by adding chicken mince, vegetable, salt, bread crumb,
white pepper, and egg.
Place the mixture into the hammered chicken
Roll it tight by the help of cling film then aluminum foil
And steam it for 15 to 20 min.
Make it cool and serve it

Beef Cheesy Steak Sandwich :
Ingredient:
Beef (under cut) sliced 400 gram
Salt as required
Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Caramelized onion
Onion 200 gram
Butter 1 tbsp
Salt as required
Cheese sauce
Cheddar cheese 50 gram
Milk 100 ml
Salt a pinch
Ice berg as required
Tomato slice as required
Mayonnaise as required
Pickled cucumber as required
Sandwich bread Loaf
METHOD
Marinate the beef by adding salt, black pepper and oil
Make caramelized onion in a pan add onion butter and salt cook in a low flame
Make cheese sauce in a pan by adding milk make it little warm add cheese and a pinch of salt
Cut the loaf apply mayonnaise, tomato, ice berg, cooked beef caramelized pickle cucumber and last add cheese sauce

Mix Leaves Salad with Cheese:
Ingredient:
Beef undercut strips 50 gram
Chicken boneless strips 50 gram
Ice berg 50 gram
Carrot boil (finger cut) 50 gram
Potato boil (finger cut) 50 gram
French beans boil 50 gram
Cucumber (finger cut) 50 gram
Tomato (wedges) 50 gram
Cheddar cheese 50 gram
Onion ring 20 gram
Egg boil (wedges) 1
For Dressing:
Olive oil 4 tbsp.
Lemon juice 1 tbsp.
Oregano a pinch
Salt as required
Method:
Marinate the beef and chicken with salt, black pepper and oil and cook in the pan
In a bowl mix olive oil, salt, oregano and lemon juice
In a separate bowl add all the vegetables and meat. Add the dressing.
Mix gently, taste and Serve it

Thai Roast Fish :
Ingredient
Red snapper fish whole 700 gram
Onion fine chopped 50 gram
Red chili fresh chopped 100 gram
Lemon grass chopped 3 sticks
Lemon leaves chopped 12 – 15 leaves
Ginger chopped 50 gram
Garlic chopped 50 gram
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Coriander chopped 10 gram
Brown Sugar 6 -8 tbsp
Soya sauce 8 tbsp
Fish sauce 2 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
METHOD
In a bowl add all the sauces and vegetable mix well till the sugar dissolve add
Fish and marinate it for an hour then
Cook in oven for almost 160c for 25 min. Serve it
