Chicken satay:
Ingredients:
Chicken legs boneless 400g
Salt 1tsp
Curry powder 1 tbsp
Oil 5 tbsp
Bamboo skewers as required

for Satay sauce:
Oil 3 tbsp
Roasted peanuts ¼ cup
Coconut milk 1 cup
Fish sauce 3 tbsp
Sugar 3 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Peanut butter 3 tbsp

Method:
soak the bamboo skewers for 30 minutes now marinate the chicken with salt oil and curry powder and put them in skewers and set aside. Now take a pan and fry the chicken skewers In a pan heat 2 tbsp oil add roasted peanuts, peanut butter and coconut Milk mix lastly add in fish sauce lemon juice and sugar and serve with the fried chicken satay.

Chicken Cheese Roll:
Ingredients:
Chicken tikka boti 1 packet
Cheddar cheese 1-1/2 cup
Mozzarella cheese 1-1/2 cup
Roll patti 1 packet
Salt 1 tsp
Oil for frying
Sliced onion 1 large
Egg 1
Flour 3 tbsp
Method:
Heat a little oil in a pan and fry chicken tikka boti for 5 minutes. Remove, cool and cut into small cubes. In a bowl add egg and flour and mix. In other bowl add chicken, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, salt and onion and mix well. Spoon 2 tbsp of the mix on roll patti. Roll and seal the sides with egg mixture and deep fry in medium hot oil for 6 to 8 minutes and serve.

Coconut Biscuits :

Ingredients

Butter 250gm
Sugar 250gm
Flour 65gm
Semolina 62gm
Coconut 350gm
Egg 1

Method
Beat butter and sugar .Add egg, beat. Now add flour, mix
Add coconut and semolina. Mix and Roll it and cut into biscuits and bake it on 170 degrees for 15 to 20 mins.
