Chicken roast :
Ingredients:
Whole chicken 1
Yogurt 250 grams
All spice powder 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Coriander powder ½ tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Lemon juice 4 tbsp
Oil 4-5 tbsp
Vegetables as required
Method:
In a bowl all ingredients masala mix .now masala apply on chicken then leave for all night .then chicken fold in foil paper and steam it .when chicken tender then grill in oven for 10 minutes and serve it .

Coconut Daal:

Ingredients
Spilt red gram 2cups
Coconut milk 1tin
Asafoetida 1 pinch
Tomatoes 2
Green chilies 4
Curry leaves 4
Oil ½ cup
Cumin 1tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Mustard ½ tsp
Red chili powder 2tsp
Tamarind 4tbsp

Method
In boiled lentil add salt,turmeric,red chili powder,Asafetida and coconut milk cook,now in a frying pan heat oil add curry leaves,cumin,mustard,green chilies, and tomatoes mix in lentil and serve.

Imli ki Chutney:

Ingredients

Tamarind Pulp 1 cup
Yogurt 1 cup
Red Chilies 6
Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp
Mint Leaves 2 tbsp
Garlic Cloves 4
Tomato 1
Salt ½ tsp
Cumin Seeds (roasted) ½ tsp
Water ½ cup
Method
In a blender, blended yogurt, red chili, coriander leaves, mint leaves, garlic, tomatoes, salt, cumin seeds, tamarind pulp and water. Tamarind chutney is ready.
