Chicken popcorn 

for the chicken marinade :

500 gas chicken boneless cut in to half inch cubes

1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp paprika pwd

for the coating:

3/4 cup buttermilk ( take3/4 cup milk and squeeze 1 lime into it, keep aside for at least half an hour  ,buttermilk is ready.)

Approximately 3 cups crushed cornflakes.

for sprinkling :

1/2 tsp oregano

1/2tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1 tsp paprika pwd

Method:

Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients under marinade and keep aside for at least 1 hour. Mix all the ingredients for the spice mix for sprinkling and keep aside . Then take one piece at a time and dip each into the flour first, then the buttermilk and finally coat it in the crushed cornflakes. Arrange them in a single layer in a big tray. Make ooil hot in a deep dish and fry until golden and crisp.  Sprinkle it with the spice mix and serve hot.
