  • Chicken 8 PCs one kg
  • Vinegar 1/2 cup 
  • Bihari tikka masala 3tbsp
  • Chicken tikka masala 3 tbsp
  • Tandoori masala 3 tbsp
  • Half cup dahi 
  • Green chilli paste 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp 
  • Italia oil 2 tbsp
  • Rice 1 kg 
  • Onion 2 medium 
  • Green chilli paste  4 tbsp
  • Ginger and garlic paste  2 tbsp 
  • Garam masala whole 
  • Tej patta 
  • Curry patta


  1. First make chicken stock about 4 to 5 glasses…add garam masala whole in it ,,,bring to boil …dont add cinnamon  stick into the stock coz it will change the colour of stock 
  2. Take yogurt add all spices and ginger garlic paste and green chilli paste  mix it …marinate the chicken…for a day or few hours
  3. Take oil saute onion,,add few tej patta ,,curry patta ,,,add salt ,,pepper,,,,dhainya zeera kuta hua ,,,add green chilli paste  ginger and garlic paste lemon juice,,,yogurt…make masala..add chicken stock. Put soaked rice. Cook it and simmer till ready
  4. Take marinated chicken,,,u can cook it in oven , ,,grill it ,,,or cook it on a stove ….till tender and masala cooked properly.
